The African School of Regulation (ASR) is seeking a Senior Training Associate to lead its Training and Events department. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in energy regulation in Africa, instructional design, and training program development.

- Remuneration: USD 83,750 – USD 94,721 (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Training Associate will:
- Oversee the development and delivery of training programs
- Manage relationships with instructors, subject matter experts, and strategic partners
- Design and update training curricula to reflect current trends and best practices
- Deliver training sessions and manage capacity-building events
- Oversee course administration, quality assurance, and impact assessment
