Le École africaine de régulation (ASR), hosted by the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF), is inviting applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the position of Analyste de recherche, based in Accra, Ghana.
The successful candidate will contribute to ASR’s mission of strengthening energy regulation across Africa through applied research, capacity building, policy dialogue and knowledge exchange.
The role will involve supporting research on energy policy and regulation, contributing to policy briefs and technical publications, assisting in the design and delivery of training programmes, and supporting the organisation of workshops, webinars and other stakeholder engagement activities.
Qui peut postuler ?
ASR is seeking candidates with a Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Law, Energy Policy, Public Policy or a related discipline, alongside relevant experience in research, training, capacity building or technical programme support. Applicants should demonstrate strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, as well as an understanding of energy policy and regulation in Africa.
Experience in energy modelling, tariff analysis, training delivery or learning management systems would be an added advantage.
