The African School of Regulation (ASR) is participating in the 8th Mini Grid Action Learning Event, taking place from April 1-3, 2025, in Lusaka, Zambia. Organized by ESMAP, The World Bank, and the Africa Minigrid Developers Association (AMDA), this event brings together key stakeholders to explore sustainable and scalable mini-grid business models in Africa.
ASR’s Santos J. Díaz Pastor (Expert Collaborator of the ASR) will be speaking on “The Future of Mini-Grids: Mini-Grids at the Forefront of the Sustainable Energy Revolution” on Tuesday, April 1, from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM. Additionally, Daniella Ngarambe (Research Associate) will be attending to engage in discussions on policy, financing, and regulatory frameworks.
Dive deeper into the discussion by reading ASR’s Integrated Framework for Electrification (IFE) Mini-Grid Paper, which summarizes insights from the Uganda Policy Dialogue on sustainable mini-grid business models.
