The African School of Regulation (ASR), hosted by the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF), is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as Director. This role offers an opportunity to lead ASR’s mission of strengthening energy regulation across Africa.

Key Responsibilities
The Director will provide strategic leadership for ASR, overseeing:
- Training, research, and outreach activities
- Partnerships with academic institutions, development organizations, and funding agencies
- Fundraising efforts and financial sustainability
- Recruitment and management of staff, coordinators, trainers, and researchers
- Implementation of ASR Managing Board decisions as Board Secretary
