les femmes r\u00e9gulatrices de l'\u00e9nergie en Afrique.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'African School of Regulation (ASR), avec le soutien de GET.transform, propose vingt (20) bourses pour soutenir la participation au volet en ligne de la formation sur la r\u00e9gulation du secteur de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en Afrique (PSRA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin de garantir que les acquis de la formation renforcent directement les pratiques de r\u00e9gulation sur le continent, ces bourses sont exclusivement r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux femmes travaillant au sein des autorit\u00e9s de r\u00e9gulation de l'\u00e9nergie en Afrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, les dix participants ayant obtenu les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats au cours en ligne se verront attribuer une bourse compl\u00e8te pour le volet pr\u00e9sentiel du programme, incluant le voyage et l'h\u00e9bergement \u00e0 Accra, o\u00f9 se tiendra la session en pr\u00e9sentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qui peut postuler ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces bourses sont destin\u00e9es aux femmes professionnelles actuellement employ\u00e9es par des institutions africaines de r\u00e9gulation de l'\u00e9nergie et impliqu\u00e9es dans la conception, la mise en \u0153uvre ou la supervision de la r\u00e9glementation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'objectif du programme de bourses est de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s r\u00e9glementaires institutionnelles et de garantir que les connaissances acquises lors de la formation soient mises en pratique au sein des organisations charg\u00e9es d'\u00e9laborer et de faire appliquer la r\u00e9glementation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e0 travers l'Afrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Couverture de la bourse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le programme de bourses est structur\u00e9 en deux \u00e9tapes :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bourses pour des cours en ligne<\/strong><br>Vingt bourses couvrant l'int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la participation au volet en ligne du cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bourses pour des formations en pr\u00e9sentiel<\/strong><br>Les dix participants ayant obtenu les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats au cours en ligne seront s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour le volet en pr\u00e9sentiel.<br>Cette bourse couvre les frais de voyage, d'h\u00e9bergement et de participation \u00e0 la session r\u00e9sidentielle \u00e0 Accra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crit\u00e8res d'admissibilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pour \u00eatre admissibles \u00e0 la bourse, les candidats doivent :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00catre citoyen d'un pays africain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00catre actuellement employ\u00e9 par une autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation de l'\u00e9nergie en Afrique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poss\u00e9der une exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine de la r\u00e9glementation de l'\u00e9nergie ou dans un domaine \u00e9troitement connexe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00catre titulaire d\u2019un master assorti d\u2019au moins trois ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle pertinente, ou d\u2019une licence assortie d\u2019au moins cinq ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9montrer un besoin financier ainsi que la volont\u00e9 de mettre en pratique les connaissances acquises au sein de leur organisme de r\u00e9glementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engagez-vous \u00e0 participer pleinement au programme en ligne, y compris aux s\u00e9ances en direct, aux discussions en ligne, aux travaux et au rapport final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment postuler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p
