Mamadou Biteye, ont rendu une visite de courtoisie au ministre ghan\u00e9en de l'\u00c9nergie et de la Transition verte, le Dr John Abdulai Jinapor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'objectif de la visite \u00e9tait de pr\u00e9senter officiellement l'ASR au ministre et d'\u00e9voquer une \u00e9ventuelle collaboration, notamment dans le cadre d'un programme de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s destin\u00e9 \u00e0 consolider les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9glementation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des principaux acteurs du secteur de l'\u00e9nergie au Ghana. Le directeur de l'ASR a soulign\u00e9 que l'organisation a son si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Accra, au sein du bureau r\u00e9gional de l'ACBF pour l'Afrique de l'Ouest et du Centre, et qu'elle collabore avec des acteurs cl\u00e9s pour mettre en place, dans la capitale ghan\u00e9enne, un p\u00f4le de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de l'ASR comprenait \u00e9galement M. Abdrahamane Dicko (Directeur r\u00e9gional pour l'Afrique de l'Ouest et du Centre et Directeur des programmes et de l'impact), M.
