The scholarships support professionals who are committed to applying their learning to the development of Africa\u2019s energy sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScgcVkPizbFqTK141YTWk9wbbLrG5XEjZkkNirzuN9U_pxt1g\/viewform\">Postulez d\u00e8s maintenant<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does the scholarship cover?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The scholarship covers <strong>only the online component<\/strong> of the course. The optional one-week in-person component is not covered. Applicants interested in attending the in-person week are encouraged to explore additional funding sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who should apply?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Early and mid-career professionals working in regulatory authorities, ministries and government agencies, power utilities, and academia are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible, applicants must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00catre citoyen d'un pays africain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be currently working in the African energy sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a background in energy, regulation, or a related field, with a relevant master\u2019s degree and at least three years of professional experience. Applicants with a bachelor\u2019s degree may be considered if they have at least five years of professional experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate financial need and a commitment to applying the knowledge gained in their local context.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commit to the full online programme, including weekly live classes, online discussions, weekly assignments, and the final report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to apply<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Complete the online application form and provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A copy of your CV or r\u00e9sum\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une copie de votre dipl\u00f4me le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact details for your current employer or a professional reference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A motivation statement explaining your relevant professional experience, your reasons for applying, and your financial need, and how you intend to use the knowledge gained to support Africa\u2019s energy sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How will applicants be selected?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee.
