Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement de haut niveau a examin\u00e9 les interventions r\u00e9glementaires, les mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques et les strat\u00e9gies financi\u00e8res susceptibles de permettre un acc\u00e8s durable \u00e0 l'\u00e9nergie, d'am\u00e9liorer les services de sant\u00e9 et de contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de l'Objectif de d\u00e9veloppement durable n\u00b0 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La conf\u00e9rence s'est appuy\u00e9e sur un dialogue initial portant sur l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et les soins de sant\u00e9 en Afrique subsaharienne. Un acc\u00e8s fiable \u00e0 l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 dans les \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 peut transformer les r\u00e9sultats sanitaires, soutenir la croissance \u00e9conomique et r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis climatiques urgents. L'Organisation mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 estime qu'un milliard de personnes dans le monde d\u00e9pendent d'\u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 d\u00e9pourvus d'une alimentation \u00e9lectrique fiable. En Afrique subsaharienne, environ 25 000 \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 sont totalement priv\u00e9s d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, tandis que pr\u00e8s de 70 000 ne disposent que d'une alimentation intermittente ; cette situation compromet des services essentiels, allant de la prise en charge des patients et des actes m\u00e9dicaux jusqu'au stockage de m\u00e9dicaments vitaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Structure de la conf\u00e9rence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jour 1.
