{"id":414,"date":"2026-07-07T12:47:34","date_gmt":"2026-07-07T12:47:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/africanschoolregulation.org\/?post_type=our_event&#038;p=414"},"modified":"2026-07-28T10:24:38","modified_gmt":"2026-07-28T10:24:38","slug":"workshop-on-private-investment-in-electricity-transmission-world-bank-and-ifc","status":"publish","type":"our_event","link":"https:\/\/africanschoolregulation.org\/fr\/our_event\/workshop-on-private-investment-in-electricity-transmission-world-bank-and-ifc\/","title":{"rendered":"Atelier sur l'investissement priv\u00e9 dans le transport d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 | Banque mondiale et SFI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'African School of Regulation (ASR) a eu le plaisir de soutenir un atelier de haut niveau organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Nairobi par la Banque mondiale et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 financi\u00e8re internationale (IFC), consacr\u00e9 aux strat\u00e9gies de r\u00e9gulation visant \u00e0 favoriser la participation du secteur priv\u00e9 aux infrastructures de transport d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9 par le directeur par int\u00e9rim de l'ASR, le professeur Ignacio P\u00e9rez-Arriaga, et l'associ\u00e9e de recherche de l'ASR, l'ing\u00e9nieure Carol Ofafa (HSC, PE, MIEK), apportant ainsi l'expertise r\u00e9glementaire de l'ASR \u00e0 un d\u00e9bat crucial pour l'avenir \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du Kenya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi les participants figuraient notamment des repr\u00e9sentants de haut niveau de la Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited (KETRACO) et du bureau du procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Les discussions ont port\u00e9 sur les meilleures pratiques internationales, les cadres juridiques et politiques, ainsi que sur des approches innovantes en mati\u00e8re d'att\u00e9nuation des risques et de renforcement de la confiance des investisseurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet atelier a marqu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape cruciale dans la progression des efforts du Kenya pour moderniser son r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique et attirer des investissements \u00e0 long terme dans les syst\u00e8mes de transport d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
