From digital metering and automated reporting to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, regulators were increasingly required to leverage technology to improve oversight, enhance decision-making, and strengthen service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The African School of Regulation (ASR), in collaboration with the African Forum for Utility Regulators (AFUR), hosted a continental webinar that explored how data systems and emerging technologies could support more transparent, efficient, and evidence-based regulation across Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
