Ce rapport pr\u00e9sente un cadre analytique pour l'\u00e9laboration de tarifs d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 tenant compte des ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques d\u00e9centralis\u00e9es (RED) en Afrique. \u00c0 mesure que se d\u00e9veloppent la production d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e et d'autres types de RED, les structures tarifaires traditionnelles sont de plus en plus remises en question par la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de refl\u00e9ter la valeur des services fournis par ces ressources. Le rapport examine les implications de l'int\u00e9gration des RED sur la conception des tarifs et pr\u00e9sente des approches pour la r\u00e9partition des co\u00fbts ainsi que pour la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des services re\u00e7us ou fournis par les diff\u00e9rents usagers du syst\u00e8me.
